Mill Station
Originally designed for a compact site at the junction of a major commercial avenue and a historic neighborhood in Huntsville, Alabama, this project required a blending of many opposites: Active living with restful quarters; modern lifestyles with historic style, and busy commercial with quiet residential. The small community included approximately 50 condominiums or townhomes with ground floor covered parking toward the residential zone. Facing the avenue are 32,000 square feet of commercial and office space, a small central park with water feature, a future addition of a 100-car parking garage topped with office condominiums.


Mill Village Condominiums
Designed for an existing infrastructure, the project includes two building types housing both flats and townhouses. Mill Village Urban Flats are environmentally conscious and efficient units offering ten foot ceilings, modern open floor plans and private balconies. Private covered parking is provided on the ground floor of the building, and secured elevators allow for easier access to each floor.

Mill Village Carriage Homes
Mill Village Carriage Houses are multi-story units reminiscent of European village living. Each home has ten foot ceilings, modern open floor plans, private entrances and private car storage on the ground floor.
